License Agreement

This course is intended for students and authorized persons to complete the curriculum and earn a certificate of completion.

You hereby agree to the following terms:

• You shall not, directly or indirectly, copy, download, photograph, sublicense, resell, rent, lease, distribute, market, commercialize or otherwise transfer rights or usage to the ActionEducate LLC / VapeEducate, LLC product or any modified version or derivative work of the ActionEducate LLC / VapeEducate, LLC product.
• VapeEducate owns all rights, title and interest, including intellectual property rights to the ActionEducate LLC / VapeEducate, LLC product.
